Paul Phillips is a native of North Florida and a full time single father of a talented teenage daughter. He Graduated from Ed White high school in 1989 and immediately joined the HVAC-R trade spending his first 4 years working for a company who specialized in commercial refrigeration. After a year in the trade, he entered the 4 year apprenticeship program through N. F. To him, the most valuable training he obtained were the Carrier training classes he attended in Orlando in 1996 along with hands-on learning in the field. Paul has worked for a few other companies in Jacksonville but has spent a total of 17 years at Weather Engineers, 9 of those years were as a service technician. Paul spends his work days developing service and maintenance plans that are tailored to fit the needs of those clients while still getting out and getting his hands dirty when needed. He enjoys nurturing new solid relationships between his company and commercial clients. Paul is proud to call Weather Engineers his home.
