Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, control and coordinate all aspects of the Service and Envirovac Department.
Manage Dispatcher(s), Purchasing Agent and Service personnel, as needed, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work with Service Manager to document all actions Using Performance Evaluation paperwork to include verbal warnings.
Dispatch calls and provide support to service dispatchers.
Maintain excellent leadership and supervisory skills to motivate employees to higher achievements and to keep the departmental morale high.
Manage Residential and commercial service agreements and increase enrollment annually.
Schedule jobs according to the expected complexity of the call against the experience and ability of the available technicians.
Maintain excellent internal commercial relations, both residential and commercial. This will include dispatchers, service technicians, managers, and other departments.
Maintain excellent external customer relations, both residential and commercial. Resolve customer complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, projecting a professional and customer-friendly attitude. Mediate customer disputes.
Maintain good understanding of service management dispatching system, fleet GPS and the technology associated with a service-related business.
Provide assistance to Installation, Sales and Office personnel as needed.
